Spec was created by the ancient Enolen civilization to control the biggest bomb ever build, a doomsday device to protect Enola. That bomb-space-station was send out in space when Enola was destroyed. In Ghost Station the Rangers try to prevent Spec from blowing up our little planet.

Sam stands for Super Accelerator Machine. Sam controlled the ring-system across the Texton Moon Base. That science-base was lead by Dr. Albert Ograbgo until it was destroyed.
