Tara O'Shea described her as a "fairy godmother who made (Niko) eat carrots." Dressing in pastel pantsuits with her trademark white hair and pince-nez glasses, she always stands out. Ariel cares about and looks after Niko, the "best pupil I've ever trained." She's a VERY powerful mage, and while she's quite good natured, she's not one to mess with.

Zachary and Ariel had a couple brief scenes together in Ariel but they seemed to become fast friends.
